Each fall the Crofton Cardinals Marching Band (CCMB) and the Crofton High School Music Boosters welcome numerous regional high school marching bands to the Cardinal Classic, also known as "the Home Show," an annual Maryland Marching Band Association (MMBA) competition in the school's stadium. This large event offers a fun, day-long music experience for participating schools as well as our local community.  In the evening, while participating marching bands await the MMBA Awards Ceremony, the CCMB performs an exhibition of their current show. 

Volunteers across all three Crofton High music programs, both students and adults, assist throughout the day, from selling tickets at the gate to escorting guest bands around campus to grilling burgers for Concessions and so much more. The event raises thousands of dollars for the entire Crofton High School Music Department.
